Beginning in the early 1900's, our family started a tradition of operating several businesses near this property. Long before the late 1930's when the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) began constructing the Dam, our family had been operating ferry services to help people cross Hiwassee River along with their wagons. Since then, our family has operated many other businesses near this property including stores, marinas and cabin rentals just to name a few.

Today, we're offering our main Family Home for short term rentals including Vacations, Weddings, Family Reunions, Special Events and more. With a long family tradition of offering services and hospitality to the public, we are confident you'll love this property just as much as we do.
