A  Family Tradition of Service & Hospitality

Beginning in the early 1900s, our family established a tradition of operating services to the public on property near where our Lodge is located today. Before the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) began constructing Hiwassee Dam in the mid-1930s, our family had operated ferry services to help travelers cross the river with their belongings. Following the completion of the Dam in 1940, our family continued this tradition through the years and has operated local stores, marinas, boat services and cabin rentals.

Today, our family Lodge is available for short-term rentals, providing the perfect getaway for Vacations, Church Groups, Hunting & Fishing trips, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Reunions, Weddings, and many other Special Events. Given the rustic charm and breathtaking views from the Lodge and our long-standing traditions of providing authentic mountain hospitality, we are confident you will love this property as much as we do.
